In practice since 1998, Ann’s approach balances medical knowledge with holistic perception, intuition, and genuine caring. Her goal is to find what will work best for each patient. Ann makes the treatment a relaxing experience, and is known for her gentle touch and calming presence.
During your first visit, Ann will assess your condition and formulate an individualized, results-oriented treatment plan. You will know if the treatment is going to help your condition within 1-4 visits. Most people start to feel improvement after the first treatment. Ann uses a combination of techniques garnered from many years of continuing education in Acupuncture, Electroacupuncutre, and Chinese herbalism, and Acutonics ® (use of tuning forks on the acupoints). She also uses cupping and far infrared heat therapy.
Ann has lived in the Ashland area since 1988, and has raised two children here. In her free time, she enjoys nature, gardening, hiking, yoga, dance and travel.
